Znów nie udało się sprzedać gruntów pod handel wielkopowierzchniowy na północy miasta. Zainteresowanie ponoć było, ale żadna z sieci nie przystąpiła do przetargu – podaje Gazeta Wyborcza Gorzów.

Choć termin sprzedaży ponad 20 ha ziemi ustalono na 17 lutego, to jednak dla samego przetargu ważniejsza okazała się data, która już minęła. W czwartek o północy minął bowiem termin wpłacania wadium, czyli kwoty w wysokości 20 proc. nominalnej ceny nieruchomości. Był to obowiązkowy warunek uczestnictwa w przetargu. Do piątku wadium nie wpłynęło.

Przypomnijmy: chodzi o trzy działki tuż przy drodze krajowej nr 22 w kierunku Gdańska. Największa ma blisko 10 ha, inna przylegająca do ul. Walczaka ma 9 ha. Najmniejsza ma blisko 5 ha, ale nie znajduje się tuż przy wylotówce. Pierwszy raz miasto wystawiało je na sprzedaż w październiku ub. roku. Wtedy przetarg też zakończył się fiaskiem. Na drugie podejście urzędnicy zdecydowali się najszybciej, jak to tylko było możliwe. Obniżyli ceny. Licytacja największej miała się rozpocząć od 18 mln zł. I znów mamy przetargową klapę.
