Net income in the fourth quarter of 2011 was 16.7 million zł. Cumulatively, in 2011, Echo Investment has developed more than 164 million zł profit, an increase compared to 2010 by more than 11 percent. Revenues in 2011 amounted to more than 404 million zł, and in the fourth quarter amounted to PLN 112.44 million zł.

The result achieved in the fourth quarter of 2011 mainly affected the revenue in the shopping centers - nearly 74 million zł, offices and hotels - more than 25 million zł, the housing sector is close to 9 million zł.

The total value of the assets of the company at the end of December 2011 zł 5.36 billion, a level of equity achieved zł 2.05 billion, an increase over the year by over 9 percent. At the end of 2011 Echo Investment has had over 566 million zł of cash and cash equivalents.
